The safe and stabile connecting lies on the permanent compression plastic deformation of the stainless steel sleeve by using the special pressing too to complete the connecting correctly.
Main Product Features:
1. The PEX-AL-PEX press fittings are designed for PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe only, it is not suitable for PEX pipe.
2. The PEX-AL-PEX press fittings are "U" profile type, which can be connected by U profile jaws
3. HIGHTO can provide special press tools for the PEX-AL-PEX press fittings.
4. PEX-AL-PEX press fittings are made of high quality brass material, like 58-2 brass, DZR brass or lead-free brass.,etc.
5. The PEX-AL-PEX press fittings are made into ASTM F 1281 standard and are compatible with all types and brands of PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe made to the same standard from the other suppliers.
6. The PEX-AL-PEX press fittings can be provided in two colors for option: original or nickel-plated.

PEX-AL-PEX press fittings (U profile) are designed for PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe specially. It is an innovative fittings, which is developed according to the international advanced technology, and has been the mainstream fittings in Europe & the USA that are for PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe.
The PEX-AL-PEX press fittings (U profile) are consisted of four parts: brass body, stainless steel press sleeve, EPDM O-rings & Insulators.
When connect the PEX-AL-PEX press fittings, a special press tools shall be used. The permanent compression plastic deformation of the stainless steel press sleeve by using the special press tool makes the PEX-AL-PEX press fittings are more stable & safer for long time use. The double EPDM O-rings design provides a perfect sealing performance & ensures a 100% leaking-free in the piping system for long-term use.
